A. Hola! Caribbean hurricanes rarely effect Cabo's weather as they are not on the same side of the ocean!! I'm not sure where you are coming from, so I can't comment on your plane trip departure and whether it will be affected. A. yes you can! a coupla tips I know for losing weight without actually dieting is intead of 3 full meals a day, eat six small meals a day, that'll get your metabolism working better because your body will have to be digesting 6 times a day instead of 3 and since it wont be much your metabolism will almost become hyper compared to normal. Also make sure most of what you drink is ICE COLD, your body has to get whatever you consume up to your body temperature before it can digest it, so it'll have to burn more calories to digest it. Also don't eat anything after 7pm, it's been proven that a persons metabolism slows down after 7pm, therefore it doesnt digest food so well( a had a friend who lost 45lbs over 2 mos by just not eating after 7), and… [cont.]
